Tenney Mountain - Plymouth, NH
Northpoint is currently working on masterplanning efforts for a multi-phase development at the Tenney Mountain ski resort in Plymouth, NH. Survey and mapping are underway along with conceptual planning efforts. The first phase of the project is expected to proceed to design and permittnig this summer.
Carroll Public Buildings Project - Carroll, NH
Northpoint was recently selected by the Town of Carroll to serve on the design team for their new Public Buildings Project on the site of the existing Town Hall located at the intersection of Route 3 and Route 302. The project will consist of a new Town Administration Building and a new Public Safety Building. The Masterplanning will also include a potential future library and recreational facilities on the site. The project is expected to advance through final design and permitting this summer with construction slated to begin later this year.
Tuftonboro Free Library - Tuftonboro, NH
Northpoint is excited to be part of the design team working on the renovation and expansion of the existing Library in Tuftonboro. Design is underway with construction expected to follow this Spring. After several years of successful fundraising efforts, and with community support behind the project, it is now poised to come to fruition.
New Boston Rail to Trail - Phase II, New Boston, NH
Design and permitting is underway for this second phase of the New Boston Rail Trail project. Northpoint assisted with the first phase of the project back in 2013 and we are pleased to once again be helping to facilitate this great project for the New Boston community. This phase of improvements starts at the eastern boundary of the Lang Station State Forest and ends at Riverside Drive, just south of NH Route 114. The objective of the project is to restore the rail corridor to a multi-user recreational trail.
The Timbers - Manchester, NH
Construction is underway on this proposed 162-unit townhouse style apartment community in Manchester's south end. Northpoint once again teamed up with William Socha on this project which is modelled after the successful townhouse apartments that Socha has recently developed in the Hackett Hill Road neighborhood of Manchester. This project marks the fifth straight project that we have collaborated on with Socha for a total of over 375 apartment units in Manchester.
Construction began in March 2019 with the first residents expected to be moving in by late Summer or early Fall of this year.
